Thomas F. Farrell

Thomas F. Farrell - Major General, United States Army

Thomas F. Farrell, a Major General in the Army. A civil engineer, he served in France in WWI. He served as the chief engineer in the China-Burma-India theater. He oversaw the construction of the Lido Road, B-29 airfields and oil pipelines for Calcutta to China and later served on the Manhattan Project.
